Basic Manufacturing Process Consideration
1. What label size is required?
(Shape and size is cheaper if our standard dies are used. See our Label shapes list)
2. What substrate is required?
(Paper Type or Polyprop etc..)
3. How many extra spot colours are used if not standard CMYK?
(White or a specific Pantone colour etc.)
4. What will the label be applied to?
(Different surfaces may require certain paper stocks or adhesive options)
5. What will the label be exposed to in the intended environment?
(Water, solvents, outdoor elements, transport chaffing, etc.)
6. Will the label be hand or machine applied?
(Core size, roll quantity, rewind direction, etc.)
7. Is custom finishing required?
(Lamination, Aqueous or UV Varnish. This is to protect the label from scratches and chaffing)
8. Shipping requirements.
(Local area delivery service will be provided by Label Network) Any distant locations will be serviced via
courier at the customers cost. Self collection is also an option at the Label Network Premises
9. Invoice and settlement.
(Label Network does not provide credit facilities and all new / once-off customers will be expected to provide
a 50% down payment with COD for the remaining fee)
